Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email DeveloperLove Advertising is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer to join our Digital Experience workstream. This role supports the execution, testing, and optimization of email campaigns across a variety of Email Service Providers (ESPs) with a focus on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement platform.Note: Love Advertising has a hybrid work policy requiring weekly time in our physical office. This is not a remote position. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator certification required.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and brings a strong foundation in email marketing best practices. This role works closely with senior specialists, strategists, and creative partners to bring campaigns to life, ensure quality execution, and contribute insights that help improve performance and process.What You'll DoBuild, test, and deploy responsive email campaigns across ESPs, especially in SFMCEOwnership of agency email production process through hands-on development using modular templatesImplement personalization and dynamic content leveraging platform tools and capabilities such as Ampscript or SSJSIdentify areas to improve accessibility and deliverabilityPerform QA checks across devices and inboxes using tools such as Litmus/Email on AcidManage complex audience segmentation and campaign setups with declarative and developer toolsUnderstanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio best practicesTrack, document, and analyze key email performance metricsCompile performance summaries and contribute insights for internal and external teamsPartner with creative and account teams to support campaign execution and advise on creative direction through channel-level expertiseClearly explain and deliver solutions that are tailored to complex client needsProactively identify issues, raise risks, and incorporate feedback to improve work qualitySupport day-to-day requests in a fast-paced agency environmentWhat We're Looking For1–2 years of experience in email, developer, and/or marketing related role(s)Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign workflowsTechnical experience configuring and executing email campaigns across one or more ESPsFamiliarity with HTML and CSS as it pertains to email developmentWorking fundamental understanding of SFMCE programming languages including SQL, SSJS and AmpscriptStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to expanding technical expertiseAbility to manage tasks, deadlines, and feedback in a collaborative environmentAbility to communicate technical solutions to nontechnical stakeholdersNice to HaveAdditional Braze or Salesforce certificationsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power-BIExperience with MJML or modular email frameworksBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityAgency experience preferred but not requiredPerksMedical, dental, and vision coverage for employees401(k) with employer matchHybrid work schedulePTO includes Summer Fridays and a generous holiday calendarLove Advertising is an equal opportunity employer.
