We are seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our practice. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, managing our clinical schedule, and ensuring the administrative flow of the office remains efficient. Job Description

Patient Relations: Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in and check-out process, and ensure all registration paperwork is complete and accurate.
Scheduling: Coordinate complex endodontic appointments to optimize clinical flow and minimize patient wait times.
Insurance Management: Verify insurance coverage, submit electronic claims, and communicate with providers regarding benefits and authorizations.
Financial Processing: Accurately post patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and perform daily reconciliation of "day sheets" to ensure financial accuracy.
Office Administration: Maintain electronic patient records, answer multi-line phone systems, and manage referrals from general dental offices.
Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
