Grocery Team Leader General Information Company: CRO-US Location: CHICAGO, Illinois, 60639 Ref #: 135329 Pay Rate: $ 20.00 Experience/skills and/or location may influence position wage rate Range Minimum: $ 20.00 Range Maximum: $ 20.00 Function: Merchandising Employment Duration: Part-time Description and Requirements The Market Team Lead role will support the planning, execution, and follow-up of merchandising and sales activities within an assigned territory. This posiiton will work closely with the District Manager to drive field execution, train, and develop associates, maintain call integrity and help ensure store-level objectives are completed accurately and on time. Share our opportunities with your friends and family What You’ll Do: Unload product from pallets and stock onto designated shelf location. Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel. Unload/load product in the backroom and dispose of trash as needed. Report service visits through a mobile application. What We’re Looking For Workdays vary by location. Most are Monday-Friday. Some require weekend availability. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device. Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs on occasion. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day. Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
