The Role – What You’ll Do As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you’re the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check‑ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship‑focused sales process. You’ll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on‑brand. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($20.25 – $22.75 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales.
