Job Title Mental Health Clinician (MHC) (LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S) Reports to Mental Health Clinical Supervisor (clinician-S or LPCC-S) Compensation Hourly Classification FT, Non-Exempt Productivity #25 Billable Hours Weekly Benefit’s Level #4 Direct Reports N/A Work Schedule 9a-5p Monday-Friday, Variations Accepted Position Description: Mental Health Clinician (MHC) position provides assessment, therapeutic counseling and psychotherapy, individual service/treatment development, case management and other mental and behavioral health services to clients with mental health illness within your scope of practice. Assess clients and determine and/or confirm diagnosis. Develop, implement and coordinate treatment plans for psycho-social needs of each client on your caseload to include supportive counseling to client and case management and supportive treatment to the client and for family members as medically necessary. Collaborate with supervising clinician, Director and staff as it relates to client services. This position will receive 1:1 and/or group supervision from supervisors through direct observation, clinical meetings, and/or videos. Supervision may be provided by different supervisors based on the service provided or work being completed. Supervision is provided regularly and is documented. In addition, Mental Health Clinicians are required to attend team meetings, staff professional development sessions per their specific staff development plan, scheduled training, and continuing education as required by the licensing board.
