Working closely with the senior leadership team and wider stakeholders you will take ownership of project schedules, budgets, financials, documentation, and day to day coordination while helping ensure projects remain aligned with both commercial objectives and the overall design vision.The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive, and a solutions-oriented project professional with a strong understanding of the interior design process and proven experience managing projects within a fast-paced studio environment. They should be confident navigating project financials, contracts, consultant coordination, construction documentation, and site activity, while maintaining strong communication and relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary studio, with exposure to high-profile projects across international markets, opportunities for professional growth, a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:Manage interior design projects from planning and design development through construction administration and completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scopeDevelop and maintain project schedules, workplans, milestones, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with senior design and project leadershipPartner with senior teams on project handovers, scope development, staffing, scheduling, and overall project planningCoordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project deliveryOversee project financials, including fee tracking, billing, forecasting, budgets, and project profitabilityManage scope changes, additional services, change orders, and value engineering while maintaining the overall design intentCoordinate RFIs, shop drawings, samples, submittals, and construction documentation, ensuring deliverables are reviewed and issued accuratelyReview drawings and project documentation for coordination, QA/QC, constructability, and potential issues at key project milestonesAttend site visits, construction meetings, mock-ups, factory visits, and installations, including international travel as requiredSupport team development through resource planning, hiring, mentorship, and collaboration with junior staffKey Skills / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field5+ years of project management experience within an interior design, architecture, hospitality, or similarly design-focused environmentProven experience managing projects through multiple phases, ideally through construction administration and completionStrong understanding of project budgets, fees, billing, forecasting, and financial managementExperience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and fabricators throughout project deliveryKnowledge of construction documentation, contract administration, RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and change ordersExcellent communication skills and the ability to confidently manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines within a fast-paced studio environmentProficiency in Excel and project management/scheduling platforms; proficiency in AutoCAD, RevitTo apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your resume (and portfolio for design positions).By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge. xhyhwjd The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
