The Opportunity As a PRN Physical Therapist , you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Completing physical therapy evaluations and screenings Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support recovery and mobility Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and balance Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting care plans as needed Duties as assigned What You Must Have To be considered for this role, you must have: An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia (Required) Why Choose Us?
