We're growing in airport retail and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative in Las Vegas, Nevada to help us expand in this dynamic space.
Position Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll grow and manage AmuseMints' presence in airports, gift shops, and retail souvenir destinations throughout your territory. You'll build strong relationships with buyers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth while ensuring our products shine on every shelf.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & pursue new business opportunities in airport and travel retail
- Present new product lines, seasonal launches, and custom solutions to buyers
- Manage orders, reorders, and promotional programs
- Monitor & report on product performance and market feedback
- Ensure premium merchandising and brand consistency across displays
- Stay on top of travel retail trends and competitive activity
- Meet & exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (retail, souvenirs, or corporate gifts preferred)
- Experience with airport retailers/travel retail a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Ability to travel locally with occasional regional airport travel
- Understanding of merchandising and visual display standards
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass airport security clearance as needed
