Our distribution routes deliver brands such as Butternut®, Healthy Life®, Sun‑Maid®, Cinnabon®, and Lewis®. Principal Accountabilities Responsible for route operational activity, including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations. Communicate with customers to assist them in understanding promotional activity and to understand their delivery expectations. Ensure product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with contract terms and requirements. Assist customer relations by selling new products and securing space/position gains. Represent CBC as a leader in the baking business. Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills helpful. Previous DSD operation or route sales experience desired. A valid driver’s license. Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Must have ability to drive a standard truck (ClassC license). Must follow all DOT regulations and pass a DOT physical. Able to work early mornings and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
