Sheet Metal Forming Fabricator

As a Sheet Metal Forming Fabricator, you will be an integral part of the production team, supporting the assembly of parts, operating machinery, and executing tasks such as bending, punching, hand forming, deburring, or sawing metal products. Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and operate machinery as instructed.
• Bend, punch, hand form, deburr, and saw metal products.
• Support the production team in achieving on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a respectful work environment.

• Experience with press brake, punch press, turret, or deburr.
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation and sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong team player with reliability and accountability.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Understanding of process flows, lead times, and lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, organized manufacturing shop that specializes in steel and sheet metal parts for aerospace applications. The environment can be heavy and loud. The regular shift is Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime, including weekends.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
