Start date: 3-4 weeks per compliance tier, biweekly starts

Ratios: 1:3

Years of experience required: 2 years

First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend requirement: Every other

Certifications required: ACLS, BCLS, PALS, NIH

Certifications preferred: CPI, TNCC

RQI cards are not acceptable

Is on-call required? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May float between Belleville and East as well as inpatient floors if needed

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Pending License accepted: No

RTO Restrictions: 7 days within 13 week contract

Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week for 3-12s 48 hours per week for 4-12s

Special requirements: Insertion of central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes, post cardiac arrest hypothermia, intubations, code strokes, code stemi's, code blue team, trauma patients, pediatric patients and transfers, sexual assaults, mental health patients board until we can find appropriate placement
