Registered Nurse Float

Ascension is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Float to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for diverse patient populations, adapting quickly to changing clinical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure safe, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, documenting accurately in the EMR, and supporting patient education.
