Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with a level of service that goes beyond expectations, showing sensitivity to individual needs. Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best. Work in teamwork, follow direction, and collaborate with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere. Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Work hard and have fun while doing so. Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast food or retail experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. Must be at least 17 years of age to apply. Physical Requirements This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties such as moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
