Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care Complete initial treatment plans within 30 days of admission Update treatment plans every 180 days and maintain weekly progress notes Prepare discharge summaries and ensure smooth transitions out of care Requirements Master's level clinician with a degree in social work, mental health counseling with diagnostic privilege (LMHC,LMSW); Licensure or limit-permit required Bilingual in the Spanish language required. Minimum one year experience providing clinical assessments/treatments, and/or case management services for children/adolescents and families. Knowledge of the complex issues presented by children and families who are involved in the child welfare system. Have some working knowledge of NYC systems including ACS, OMH, and DOE Familiarity with OMH-Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Service programs operated clinics, Part 599 regulations is preferred Location: 155 North Highland Avenue, Ossining, NY Pay Rate: $60 per hour Position Hours: Hours include evenings and Saturdays; Clinical Service delivery will occur both on-site and via telehealth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cardinal McCloskey Community Services
