- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor ( Required )
- Proven success managing residential and commercial remodels, builds, and additions
- Strong budgeting and cost-control experience
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
- In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods, materials, and codes
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Relevant certifications or industry credentials are a plus
