Cardiac Cath Lab Technician

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description: The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician will be responsible for operating advanced imaging equipment and performing a variety of procedures within the cardiac catheterization laboratory. The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Philips Imaging equipment to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they understand the process and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and assist during procedures.
• Document procedures and patient responses using the MediTech documentation system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have relevant experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Current state licensure required.
