Job Title: Hospice Territory Liaison – Hunter Role | Drive Admissions Growth

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 base plus uncapped commission

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

This Is a True Hunter Role

This is not account management. This is pipeline building, prospecting, and closing in a competitive hospice market.

You will operate alongside Brighton Hospice, Moments Hospice, St. Croix Hospice, Grace Hospice, Gentiva, Lifespark, Adara, Allina, and Fairview , all competing for the same referrals.

Success comes from daily activity, urgency, and the ability to convert conversations into admissions .

What Winning Looks Like

• 8 to 10 daily field touches including drop-ins, follow-ups, and relationship building.

• Consistent referral generation from hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs .

• Strong conversion of referrals to admissions through timely follow-up.

• Building a repeatable referral pipeline that produces monthly admissions growth .

• Ability to identify hospice-appropriate patients early and act quickly.

Compensation and Growth Potential

• Strong base salary provides stability during ramp.

• Early commissions have ranged from $12,000 to $17,000 for newer reps.

• As territories mature, realistic earnings move toward $30,000 to $50,000+ .

• High performers can exceed this with consistent admissions production .

• This is a build phase opportunity with long-term upside.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect hospitals, SNFs, assisted living, physicians, and case managers .

• Drive referral generation and admissions conversations daily.

• Educate providers on hospice eligibility, timing, and benefits .

• Lead end-of-life discussions with confidence and empathy.

• Partner with intake and clinical teams to close admissions quickly .

• Track referrals, admissions, conversion ratios, and activity metrics .

• Build long-term referral sources through responsiveness and trust .

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.

• Hospice sales experience preferred or strong background in medical device, pharma, DME, or post-acute sales .

• Proven hunter mentality with measurable sales results .

• Ability to speak to numbers, pipeline, and territory performance .

• Strong understanding of hospice or willingness to learn quickly.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment .

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily.
