Intensivist Nocturnist

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Critical Care Nocturnist, you will join our well established team in Tacoma, WA at St. Joseph Medical Center. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Critical Care Intensivist with strong involvement in unit operations, leading daily multidisciplinary rounds and a strong commitment to clinical superiority and patient-centered care. On-Site Role: This is a 100% on-site position at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Collaborative Closed ICU Model: Practice within a closed ICU model, working closely with a dedicated Critical Care APP. Flexible Scheduling: We require a minimum of 35 shifts per quarter. Job Requirements Board Certification: ABA or ABIM in Critical Care. Combined Pulmonary and Critical Care board certification is highly desired.
