We are recruiting a dedicated BC/BE Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician for a full-time position.The DivisionLarge Team: 30 Physicians, 7 PCCM Fellows (including Interventional Pulmonary), and 15 Advanced Practice Providers.Scope: Exceptional patient care across five hospitals and four outpatient practices.Commitment: Focused on attracting top talent in the global healthcare leader—Boston/Massachusetts market.The RoleYou will join a 30-physician practice with primary responsibilities including:Primary Location: Outpatient Pulmonary responsibilities at the Burlington campus.Inpatient Duties: Participation in inpatient consultative services.Critical Care: Rotation in one or more of the system's ICUs.Compensation & BenefitsHighly Competitive SalaryComprehensive Benefits PackageTeaching OpportunityAvailable through our affiliation with Tufts Medical School.Candidate Qualifications (Must-Haves)Successful completion (or in process of completing) an ACGME accredited Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship.Board Certified (BC) in Internal Medicine.Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.Ability to obtain medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Pay Range:$300,000.00 USD – $350,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
