BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Part-Time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ER department in Tacoma!

This position is eligible for qualified candidates to receive a sign-on bonus or relocation pay.

LVT I Pay: $25.63 - $36.81/hr (with shift differentials)

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through the Kahuna leveling system.

Schedule: Monday-Wednesday from 2am-10am

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

For example:

• Mon Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $8.00 Shift Differential

We are hiring an exceptional Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. As a Veterinary Technician, you will:

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
• Advanced Radiographs
• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
• Level 2 & 3 Inpatient Care
• Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
