Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent, college degree, or related experience * Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and Bus Driving CDL certification. * Knowledge in construction, maintenance, safety, transportation preferred. * Supervisory experience preferred. Supervises: Custodial, maintenance staff, bus drivers, school bus maintenance workers, and transportation scheduler. Responsibilities: * Supervises custodial, maintenance and transportation staff. Works closely with contractors and other outside entities * Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance for buildings, buses, and school vehicles. * Manage grounds, landscaping and athletic field maintenance. * Oversee transportation, including routes and extracurricular trips. * Plan and maintain ADA compliance for buildings. * Order materials, track work orders, and manage budgets. * Ensure staff training and compliance with safety standards. * Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and the community. * Respond to emergencies and attend meetings when necessary. Physical & Environmental Conditions: Involves sitting, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to outdoor and indoor conditions. Evaluation: Performance reviewed by the Superintendent.
