Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience serving K-12 students within school settings is highly desirable
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload (caseload specifics forthcoming)
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Document services, maintain records, and participate in annual IEP meetings
• Offer collaborative support to teachers and staff about communication strategies and student needs
• Foster inclusive learning environments through both individual and group interventions
