Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist

Responsibilities: Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers, and present their homes' key features and our unique selling proposition Provide and present accurate property price estimates and evaluations Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly Manage all seller communication through our CRM Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than 3 months Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity Actively promote yourself and our team on social media Attend scheduled training Qualifications: Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Has a real estate license At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Team player who believes their success is the team's success Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Additional responsibilities: Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers, and present their homes' key features and our unique selling proposition Provide and present accurate property price estimates and evaluations Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly Manage all seller communication through our CRM Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than 3 months Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity Actively promote yourself and our team on social media Attend scheduled training Compensation: $150,000 yearly $150,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr RE/MAX Town and Country The Ailion Team
