Assistant Planner

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate: $23 p/hour

Assistant Planner Job Description:

• Maintain Product Demand Sheets in Excel
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports of inventory, open orders, sales, etc.
• Use InforM3 ERP and various reporting tools
• Key purchase orders, manufacturing orders, and warehouse requisition orders
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production Scheduling, Product Line Managers, Sourcing/Logistics, and Distribution Center
• Other duties as assigned

Assistant Planner Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent


Microsoft Excel experience required


BA/BS degree preferred

Experience working with various databases and ERP systems preferred
