Our platform helps thousands of providers improve patient experience through conversational AI, automation, analytics, and communications technology.We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Business Analyst who enjoys driving the day-to-day revenue, budgeting and planning and business process definition functions of a fast-growing SaaS company. This role reports directly to the CFO and works closely with leadership to ensure accurate and relevant financial planning, revenue forecasting, metrics reporting and robust, streamlined and efficient cross functional business processes.

Role Description

The Financial Business Analyst will conduct core financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as well as Revenue Operations (i.E., pipeline reporting, sales forecasting and CRM and billing systems operations). This role will develop and maintain revenue forecasting and financial models, analyze trends in revenue and expenses, and provide clear, actionable insights to support leadership decisions.

The Financial Business Analyst will prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, monitor key performance indicators, and partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include consolidating financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information, and recommending improvements to processes, tools, and dashboards. The Financial Business Analyst is expected to manage deadlines independently while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates should be knowledgeable in the fundamentals of accounting and finance and possess:

• Strong Excel financial modeling skills to build, maintain, and improve models for scenarios, forecasting, and performance analysis and support strategic decision-making and long-term business objectives.
• A strong analytical foundation to interpret complex data and identify trends and anomalies, and provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Work or internship experience in Financial Analysis would be preferred
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude to speed analysis, model building and workflow execution would be a plus

Success in This Role

You will:

• Drive and own monthly SaaS metrics reporting (MRR, ARR, churn, collections, deferred revenue)
• Build board-ready financial reporting packages each month
• Maintain a reliable 13-week cash flow forecast
• Partner with leadership on budgeting and scenario planning
• Ensure commission payments are accurate and on time
• Assist in streamlining workflows across the business
• Become the trusted financial operations partner for leadership
