Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable Bartenders and Servers to deliver an exceptional Bavarian dining experience.

In this dual-role capability, you will pour authentic German biers, serve traditional cuisine, and engage with guests to create a memorable, lively atmosphere. Whether behind our high-volume bar or taking care of large hall tables, you will be key to keeping the energy high and service smooth.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, make menu and bier recommendations, and deliver food/beverages promptly with a positive attitude.
• Bar & Beverage Operations: Prepare draft biers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe standards and state alcohol compliance regulations.
• Order Management: Accurately enter orders into the POS system, process payments, and manage table checks efficiently.
• Teamwork & Cleanliness: Collaborate with bus staff, runners, and kitchen crew to maintain clean, organized workstations, tables, and bar areas.
• Bavarian Culture: Embrace the festive atmosphere, assist with group events, and foster a welcoming, community-focused guest environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of high-volume bartending or serving experience preferred.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol in Ohio.
• Certifications: Active Ohio alcohol server certification (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol or Tippy/TIPS) preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, multi-tasking under pressure, and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, and carry heavy food trays or stein glasses for extended periods.

• Shifts: Flexible Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts
