Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Behavioral Health Lead for a local contract nursing job in Aventura, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/29/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Qualifications - Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) - Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing - Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date - Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date - Current Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification or must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date - (RN) Registered Nurse - Minimum 3 years of Behavioral Health nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting - Minimum 3 years of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management in an acute care Hospital setting #11 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
