What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Attend delivery rooms for neonatal resuscitation and assessments
• Perform procedures such as PICC line and umbilical line placement, needle aspirations, and chest tube insertions
• Collaborate with supervising physicians during patient care
• Document patient care efficiently using Epic EMR system
• Ensure compliance with neonatal standards and protocols

What You Need

• Active MI nurse practitioner license (no new licenses accepted)
• Neonatal experience (minimum of 1 year) required
• Current NRP certification
• Ability to work under supervision with supervision present during shifts
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal procedures and resuscitation
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
