Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under nursing supervision, including routine assessments and observation of changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, documenting administration per policy.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments, monitor vital signs, and report abnormalities to the supervising RN.
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and participate in care planning under the interdisciplinary team.
- Document care interventions using the Point-Click-Care system; ensure accurate, timely updates to resident records.
- Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and patient-centered care in a long-term care environment.

Requirements
- Point-Click-Care system experience is required.
- Ability to work nights and commit to a 13-week travel assignment.
- Willingness to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
- Prior work in a long-term care or nursing home setting is preferred.
