Leasing Specialist - Drive Move-Ins & Resident Experience
$16 - $19 per hourAsset Living
Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Des Moines, Iowa. This role encompasses all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. Responsibilities include showing and leasing apartments, managing resident complaints, and maintaining leasing records. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
