Job Description Insight Global seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join their team as a Land Development Project Manager in the Boise market (Meridian, ID or Nampa, ID). This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned civil engineering professional to lead complex land development projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to continued business growth within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of land development projects—including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design—while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with local and regional agencies, mentor junior staff, and leverage your market knowledge and relationships to support business development efforts.
