Penn Community Bank is seeking a data specialist to collect and analyze production data from various sources and publish actionable insights. You will build and maintain dashboards in Encompass and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy across platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include user support, QA testing, and maintaining data security.
