Automotive Service Technician - Air Conditioned Shop!
Our car dealership team is rapidly growing and we are currently looking for a new automotive technician to join our Service Center. We are offering a generously paid Service Technician Apprenticeship program, with unparalleled opportunity for gaining practical hands-on experience and career growth opportunities.
We will teach you how to:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership - familiarizing yourself with the service department and procedures
- Assist service advisor in test driving vehicles, and testing components and systems - you will learn how to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, climate control, new model training etc.
- Communicate directly with the service advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Take ASE Certification Assessment

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership

Qualifications
- ASE certifications are ideal
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
