Production Line Leader

ResMed Inc

ResMed seeks a Production Line Leader for first-shift manufacturing at its Lithia Springs facility. The role involves assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Manufacture, assemble, test, and package products per established procedures
Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and processes
Support daily production schedules and adapt to changing business needs
Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished goods
Maintain compliance with GMP requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience
Working knowledge of production routines, processes, and procedures
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
