Workforce Case Manager

- Perform thorough intake and eligibility assessments while accurately entering and updating all client information in CWDS
- Maintain complete, timely, and compliant case files, ensuring all required documentation, case notes, and service entries are recorded in CWDS
- Develop individualized employment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with clients
- Track client progress, outcomes, and service activities using CWDS reporting tools
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and referrals to training programs, education partners, and community resources
- Coordinate with employers, training providers, and partner agencies to support job placement and retention
- Review data regularly to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and maintain compliance with program and funder requirements
- Stay informed about workforce programs, labor market trends, and available resources to better assist clients
- Experience with the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) is required
- Strong data entry accuracy, documentation skills, and familiarity with compliance-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, workforce development, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in case management, workforce development, or employment services
- Ability to develop and maintain structured case plans and track progress toward goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
