About the role

Join our team in Sycamore, IL as a precision-focused CNC Operator producing high-quality components on mills and lathes. You’ll translate blueprints into finished parts, keep machines in top shape, and ensure every piece meets spec. First and second shifts available.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or GED; CNC machining coursework or certification preferred.
• Demonstrated CNC operating experience; setup familiarity is a plus.
• Comfort with both milling and turning equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading and documentation interpretation skills.
• Measurement proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and related gauges.
• Detail orientation and solid troubleshooting skills.
• Team-oriented communication and collaboration.

Your impact

• Operate and set up (as needed) CNC machines to deliver parts per specification.
• Interpret drawings and work orders to select operations, tooling, and sequence.
• Observe cycles, adjust offsets/feeds/speeds to maintain quality and productivity.
• Complete routine machine care to promote uptime and accuracy.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts against tolerances using precision instruments.
• Partner with peers to streamline workflows and improve yields.
• Uphold shop safety practices and maintain an orderly, clean workspace.
