Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare by assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients. They collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans while ensuring proper medication management and care coordination. Accurate documentation of patient information is also essential to their role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and obtain medical histories
- Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Manage patient medications and adjust as necessary
- Coordinate care among specialists, patients, and families
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in nursing
