Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Shift differentials (+$3/hour for2nd Shift and +$2/hour on 3rdShift) Weekly Pay Meals with residents included Paid Training Holiday Pay Referral Program 401 K or Roth Matching after 1 Year Vision Life Insurance Responsibilities: As a Resident Life Partner (Caregiver), you will assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs), passing medications, preparing meals, and performing laundry and light housekeeping duties. You also enrich the residents' lives with planned and spontaneous meaningful activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Passion for serving older adults Prior caregiving experience helpfulbut not required CNA/MA preferred but not required Med Tech experience helpful but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation DaySpring Services is a faith-based, Christianreligious organization.
