Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) located in Sylvania, Ohio. This role involves providing comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients, including routine treatments, ventilator management, and patient education. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Sylvania, Ohio
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid respiratory therapy license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, and zero years of experience are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with pediatric patients and performing advanced respiratory procedures are desirable.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The respiratory therapist will evaluate patients, operate ventilatory equipment, perform chest physiotherapy, suctioning, and other related procedures. They will monitor patient responses, document treatments, and communicate with physicians regarding therapy effectiveness. Compliance with laboratory and safety policies is essential.
