(LCSW/LCSW-A, LCMHC/LCMHC-A, LMFT, Psychologist) Join an Innovative Integrated Pediatric Care Team Burlington Pediatrics / Mebane Pediatrics is seeking compassionate, collaborative therapists to join our growing integrated behavioral health program within a thriving independent pediatric primary care practice in North Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside pediatricians, advanced practice providers, care managers, nutrition professionals, and clinical support staff in a truly team-based medical home focused on whole-child and family-centered care. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling options including afternoons and select evenings. Position Highlights Embedded behavioral health model within pediatric primary care Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment Warm handoffs and integrated clinical workflows Flexible scheduling options Established patient base with strong referral volume Administrative, scheduling, and billing support provided Opportunities to help shape and grow innovative pediatric behavioral health services Supportive, collegial practice culture focused on quality and patient outcomes Responsibilities Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and families Conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning Collaborate closely with pediatricians, APPs, care managers, and other integrated care team members Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary case discussions Document encounters accurately and efficiently in the Electronic Health Record Support population health and preventive behavioral health initiatives Educate patients and families regarding behavioral and emotional wellness Qualifications Required Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology Active North Carolina licensure or license eligibility LCSW / LCSWA LCMHC / LCMHCA LMFT Licensed Psychologist Experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations New graduates with strong training experience will be considered Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Preferred Experience in integrated behavioral health or medical settings Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, or family therapy Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Competitive salary based on licensure, experience, and productivity Compensation range: Fully licensed therapists: approximately $70,000-$105,000 Psychologists: Compensation based on experience and role Part-Time Competitive hourly compensation Flexible schedule options Afternoon/evening availability highly valued Benefits for Eligible Full-Time Employees Robust 401(k) retirement plan 3% employer contribution with no employee match required Additional profit sharing contributions when eligible Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Continuing education support Professional liability coverage Collaborative supervision and mentorship environment Flexible scheduling options Why Join Our Practice?
