Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Family Medicine - Lebanon, MO

Family Medicine Advanced Practice Position – Lebanon, MO Day shift outpatient clinic position, Monday–Friday. Multi‑disciplinary team of 3 physicians and 4 advanced practitioners. Provide family medicine care to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage patient conditions in an outpatient setting. Perform physical examinations, order diagnostics, and develop treatment plans. Coordinate care with physicians and other team members. Provide education, counseling, and preventive care to patients and families. Document patient encounters using the Mercy Epic EMR system. Eligibility & Qualifications MPh or equivalent, licensed to practice in Missouri. Must have worked at Mercy for at least 12 months prior to course start date. Experience in family medicine or willingness to enroll in advanced practice training program. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
