Electrical Design Lead

The Electrical Design Lead will oversee all electrical design deliverables for the integration of the Automated Manufacturing System (AMS) on behalf of a biopharma client in Devens, MA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage and deliver electrical design documentation for integration of the AMS into shell space in accordance with the project plan. Lead the electrical workstream, working closely with the chosen Architect/Engineering firm to guide design choices and project execution. Facilitate electrical workstream coordination meetings at least once per week, ensuring alignment and progress across all stakeholders. Organize and participate in a weekly all-workstream coordination meeting to foster cross-functional collaboration. Attend all design meetings with the selected Architect/Engineering firm, representing electrical requirements and ensuring integration with overall project goals. Establish and follow an effective and efficient design review process to ensure that the design meets the overall goals and objectives for each project. Monitor project planning and design status to report findings, recommendations, and updates. Provide updates to senior leadership and the university on status of projects and milestones. Complete other duties as assigned; attendance during normal business hours. Preferred Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering. Licensed Architect preferred. Salary Range The salary range for this full‑time role is $138,600.00 – $194,066.69 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience, and level.
