Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—in accordance with established protocols.
• Interpret results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and manage preventive maintenance and calibration for laboratory instruments.
• Participate in the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples for analysis as necessary.
• Document all procedures meticulously, assist in training new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining the lab's quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
