As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll work closely with the customer service team, handling a wide array of customer inquiries. You will contribute to strengthening customer relationships by offering kind, connected service using our connection model to build loyalty and foster impactful relationships with our customers. How You’ll Make an Impact Promptly and accurately respond to emails, chats,and calls. Analyze and reply to customers using key language models. Connect via chat or email withroughly 70–100 customers daily. Provide primary phone support for Trove Brands. Find ways to engage in meaningful and impactful ways using our connection model. Engage in specialty assignments and project opportunities. Advocate for our customer – contributing to thecustomervoice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Typing speed of 40–60 wpm with clarity. Able to perform focused, task-based work.
