Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (6:45PM - 7:15AM)
• Variable days of the week
• Four weekend shifts every six-week schedule block
• No on-call; holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Missouri or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years Medical Surgical nursing experience required
• BLS certification required upon submission
• ACLS certification preferred
• Willingness to float to units as needed (excluding Telemetry)
• New graduates are not being considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care on a busy Medical Surgical floor
• Collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Adapt to evolving workflows and patient needs with professionalism
• Attend all orientation and onboarding sessions as scheduled (must be available on designated dates)
