Customer Service Agent

Our client is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join their Customer Support team. Ideal candidates will have some experience interacting with customers in a retail environment, restaurant, hotel, or college helpdesk capacity and be eager to learn/grow. Are you good with customers? Position overview Work with a growing, award-winning software firm Use phone and email to troubleshoot technical or non-technical issues Handle approximately 20 calls or emails per day, both inbound and outbound Utilize active directory to manage account information Assist customers in navigating the platform Requirements 1+ year of Customer Service experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.) Degree preferred but not required Savvy with Windows Operating System and Windows 365 Access to Windows 11 at least on home computer Able to work in-person, downtown Chicago (very accessible location) beginning early October Compensation $20/hr This is a contract to hire position that leads to permanent status #J-18808-Ljbffr MindSpring Partners LLC
