Details Inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting 30-bed unit with a multidisciplinary team of 22 staff including PT, OT, SLP, and rehab techs Day shift only, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week Patient ratio of 7:1 Utilizes typical IPR gym equipment including balance and gait systems Documentation completed in Meditech (Expanse) Weekend call rotation required Requirements BLS certification required License required if applicable Minimum 6 months of recent experience within the last 6 months in physical therapy SNF experience accepted Proficient in patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and functional training Experience with family and patient education Additional Information Supports a new hospital and unit start-up, offering a unique opportunity to help establish care standards Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy for ADLs, transfers, and gait training Collaborates closely with OT, SLP, and rehab tech team members Light gray scrub color required Local candidates not accepted; must reside more than 50 miles from the facility No significant gaps (90 days) in work history within the past 12 months American Traveler Job ID P-728280.
