Join Erie?s Premier Law Firm as a Real Estate Paralegal
The Law Firm of MacDonald Illig Jones & Britton LLP, Erie's long standing, largest law firm is seeking an organized, motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our respected and collaborative legal real estate practice group.
What You?ll Do
As a member of our Real Estate Practice Group, you will play an important role in supporting attorneys through all phases of residential real estate transactions. Responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions
Ordering and reviewing title work, surveys, and municipal searches
Assisting with real estate closings and coordinating closing documents
Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
Managing files, calendars, and deadlines
Performing general legal and administrative support for the real estate team
