Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing inside sales team focused on payment processing, POS systems, and merchant solutions.
• Champion change initiatives for the sales team—introducing new tools, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Analyze sales data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and growth mindset.
• Serve as a mentor and coach.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of inside sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives or sales transformations.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, ISO/MSP models, and B2B sales cycles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and strategic thinking skills.
