We are seeking a PART TIME - A/P A/R Clerk Quickbooks Desktop / Parts Driver to become an integral part of our team!

You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate costs of goods and services
• Track and record pick up & deliveries to customers
• Distribute invoices for Accounting review
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform all other office tasks
• Pick up parts for jobs using company provided vehicle
• Inventory shop and office supplies
• Communication with Suppliers and Customers - will provide Company cell phone

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience in data entry
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures; double-entry system
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Previous Heavy Duty Diesel Repair environment helpful
• Must like dogs
• Must have reliable transportation to / from work
• Motor Vehicle Driving Record required
• Knowledge of both Google and Microsoft Office products - Heavy Excel, Word, Gmail, Calendar, Voice, Adobe
• Requires minimal supervision to meet project deadlines
• Demonstrates flexibility in navigating changing priorities

Job will be part-time, 8 or 9 am to 12 or 1 pm, 5 days a week.

Diesel Repair shop - Uniform shirts can be made available.

Salary depends on experience level.
